Effective separation of the extraction agents and the tert-amyl alcohol is carried out in the extraction agent recovery tower, and the tert-amyl alcohol is extracted from the top of the extraction agent recovery tower, and the extraction agents are extracted from the bottom of the extraction agent recovery tower to be recycled.
