Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method of catalyzing 2, 5-dichlorotoluene through an H-shaped molecular sieve to prepare 2, 6-dichlorotoluene. The method includes: sheeting, grinding and sieving the H-shaped molecular sieve, and using screened molecular sieve particles as a catalyst; loading the catalyst in a constant temperature area of a fixed-bed reactor, and filling the upper end of the catalyst with Phi glass beads; delivering the raw material 2, 5-dichlorotoluene to the fixed-bed reactor at a certain liquid hourly space velocity through a constant flow pump, and in the constant temperature area, carrying continuously the raw material 2, 5-dichlorotoluene vapor vaporized fast, into a catalyst bed via a carrier gas; after reaction is stable, collecting a product by bath condensation. An existing route preparing the 2, 6-dichlorotoluene through chlorine chlorination is abandoned, the 2, 6-dichlorotoluene can be prepared by structural dissimilation, and safety is higher as no chlorine is involved; environment friendliness is better as no tail gas treatment is required. The use of the H-shaped molecular sieve as a catalyst ensures no toxicity or harm, good stability and high catalytic activity; the H-shaped molecular sieve is reusable, so that continuous industrial production is facilitated.
