Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing a gamma-polyglutamic acid organic fertilizer by double microbial fermentation. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, corynebacterium glutamicum is used to ferment a solid organic matter to produce an organic material rich in L-glutamic acid; and then, bacillus subtilis is used to continuously ferment the organic material containing L-glutamic acid to produce an organic fertilizer containing gamma-polyglutamic acid. Through field experiments, the fertilizer has achieved a good crop yield-increasing effect. According to the method, direct addition of pure polyglutamic acid is avoided, the purification process is eliminated, and fertilizer cost is decreased. |
