Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a continuous optical film feeding device and a continuous optical film feeding method. According to the device and the method, an adhesive tape can be connected to only one side of an optical film through sticking, and the series action of the continuous optical film feeding device can be automatic. In the continuous optical film feeding device, the optical film being in use is cut while being adsorbed and fixed by a first fixing component and a first adsorption mechanism of a first fixing and cutting unit and a conveying-side fixing component and a conveying-side adsorbing mechanism of a fixing and connecting unit, then the fixing and connecting unit moves to a position right above a second fixing and cutting unit, and the optical film being in use is connected with an optical film for replacing by sticking the junction part of the optical film being in use with a connecting adhesive tape sticking mechanism on one side of the optical film being in use.
