Elevator control method and elevator control system

The embodiment of the invention provides an elevator control method. The elevator control method comprises the following steps: receiving elevator calling information sent by a passenger at a first floor, wherein the elevator calling information comprises identity characteristic information of the passenger; finding target floor information matched with the identity characteristic information of the passenger; controlling a car of an elevator to reach the corresponding target floor according to the found target floor information. By adopting the elevator control method, the problem that the target floor of a conventional elevator is required to be input manually and repeatedly is solved; in addition, that the activity range of the passenger is limited between the first floor and the target floor is realized, therefore, a safer safety protection strategy is realized.
