The invention discloses a traveling assisting device and a vehicle provided with the same. The device comprises a plurality of first cameras located on a vehicle body of the vehicle and used for shooting multiple first images in different directions outside the vehicle, a second camera located on a rearview mirror of the vehicle and used for shooting a second image in front of the vehicle, a vehicle information acquisition module used for collecting vehicle traveling information of the vehicle, a panoramic image synthesis module used for synthesizing the first images into a panoramic image, an image analysis module used for analyzing objects in the second image and generating object information, a display screen and a control module. The control module is connected with the vehicle information acquisition module, the panoramic image synthesis module, the image analysis module and the display screen and used for displaying one or more of the panoramic image, the object information and the vehicle traveling information in the display screen according to user instructions. The traveling assisting device can provide more valuable reference information for various emergencies and improve driving safety.
