Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a four freedom degree type piezoelectric microgripper finger output displacement and output force self-sensing method which has the advantages that the method is used for obtaining output displacement and output force of a microgripper finger, so that an external microdisplacement and microforce sensor in a traditional microassembly and microoperation system is omitted, the weight and the size of the four freedom degree type piezoelectric microgripper-based microassembly and microoperation system are greatly reduced, the integration and the microminiaturization of the system are facilitated, and the cost of the system is reduced.
