Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel process for processing a crankshaft, which comprises steps: milling a center hole and lathing concentric reducers; b lathing a main shaft neck; c milling a connecting rod neck; d processing an oil hole; e medium-frequency hardening; f rolling a heavy Angle groove; g processing hole series arranged on the two ends; h finely grinding a thrust surface; I finely grinding the main shaft neck and the connecting rod neck; j finely grinding a big reducer; k finely grinding a small reducer; l dynamic balance duplicate removal; m fault detection; n intermediate cleaning; o polishing; p cleaning; and q final inspection, oil coating and packaging. The novel process for processing the crankshaft is reasonable in design, reduces processing flow compared with traditional production process of crankshafts, reduces number of machine tools, and reduces labor strength of operators, thereby reducing production cost, and improving production efficiency.
