Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for performing combined remediation on chromium-contaminated soil by utilizing sudan grass and high effective microbes; the method is capable of effectively solving the remediation problem of the chromium-contaminated soil, and comprises the following steps: screening and purifying bacillus CP-3 from soil nearby a chemical plant, and classifying and naming as Bacillus sp; preparing the bacillus CP-3 into a bacillus CP-3 seed solution; inoculating into a fermentation medium for culture and fermentation; evenly mixing fermentation liquor with turfy soil, and air drying to obtain microbial remediation microbial inoculum; evenly spreading the microbial remediation microbial inoculum to the surface layer of the soil; sowing sudan grass seeds; managing according to plant normal growth requirements to reduce chrome content in the soil by 72.9 to 88.7 percent after 60 days to realize the remediation on the chromium-contaminated soil. The high efficient strain and the sudan grass adopted by the method are high in compatibility, and are high in environmental suitability on the contaminated soil; the microbial remediation microbial inoculums not only is capable of improving the soil environment and promoting the chromium enrichment of the sudan grass but also is capable of enhancing the operability of applying the microbes into the soil, and is low in cost. |
