Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for raising content of lysozyme in egg white. According to the method, wood vinegar intake is carried out during the breeding process of laying hens for at least 5 days, and intake of wood vinegar of laying hens is 0.1-0.6% of intake of the feed for laying hens. The wood vinegar is wood vinegar of spina date seed. The invention also provides an egg produced by the method for raising content of lysozyme in egg white. After at least 5 days of intake of the wood vinegar during the breeding process of laying hens, eggs produced by the laying hens are the eggs with high content of lysozyme in egg white. The invention provides an effective method for raising content of lysozyme in egg white. The method can promote reduction of market price of lysozyme in egg white, and a wider market application is provided. |
