Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparing method for poria cocos, red date and colla corii asini fermented milk powder. The preparing method comprises the steps that poria cocos, red date and colla corii asini are smashed in a microwave and supermicrowave mode into fine powder; the three kinds of fine powder are added with water to be mixed into three kinds of pulp; lemons and kiwi fruits are taken to prepare fruit pulp; fresh and raw milk is taken and mixed with the fruit pulp, zymocyte is added, and constant-temperature fermenting is carried out; yogurt mixed liquor obtained through fermenting and the three kinds of pulp are mixed, homogenized, sterilized, concentrated, sprayed and dried into powder. The unique fermenting technology is adopted for preparing the poria cocos, red date and colla corii asini fermented milk powder which is rich in nutrition, special in flavor, uniform in tissue structure, fine, smooth, and strong in milk fragrance, has fruity faint scent, and has healthcare and prevention and control functions, and comprehensive nutritional value of the milk powder is increased.
