Method for imitating wild cultivation of ganoderma atrum

The invention discloses a method for imitating wild cultivation of ganoderma atrum. The method comprises the steps of cultivating stock culture: performing inoculation of corn particles and wild ganoderma atrum sporocarp; after inoculation, using a polypropylene plastic bag to perform bagging treatment; taking sawdust, wheat skin, corn flour and water, evenly stirring and placing the sawdust, wheat skin, corn flour and water in a polypropylene bag, performing waterproof cooking, taking and inserting completely-whitened and inoculated corn culture medium into holes to obtain the stock culture; planting basswood: selecting and treating maple trunks or maple roots to obtain basswood sections; drilling holes in the basswood sections, taking the stock culture and placing the stock culture into the holes to be flat, pressing the stock culture; stacking the well inoculated ganoderma atrum basswood in a mode of a triangular pile, performing spawn running; placing the ganoderma atrum basswood in fields to perform planting; and when yellow edges of ganoderma atrum grow completely and conidial powder is produced, picking the ganoderma atrum. The method has the advantages that the effective ingredient content of the ganoderma atrum is equivalent to that of wild ganoderma atrum, the ganoderma atrum is high in yield and is planted simply, and the cost is reduced.
