Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a novel treatment method and treatment device for a liquid, capable of using concentrate recovered using centrifugal separation as ballast water. The present invention relates to a liquid treatment method having a storage step including physical treatment using centrifugal force for supplied liquid supplied to a storage means in a casing, the liquid treatment method comprising inactivating aquatic organisms in the concentrate obtained by the physical treatment using centrifugal force, and supplying the concentrate having undergone inactivation treatment to the storage means.
