Zusammenfassung:In order to easily form curved holes and straight holes of desired shapes, this electrochemical machining tool is provided with a tool body (10) having: an electrode (11), which is obtained from a tubular, flexible conductive material that extends along an axial line (O) and through an internal flow channel (FC) of which an electrolytic solution (W) flows toward the leading end; and an insulating layer (12), which is coated on the outer circumferential surface of the electrode (11) so that the tip of the electrode (11) is exposed. A fluid outflow hole (15), which penetrates the tool body (10) in the radial direction and is for guiding the electrolytic solution (W) that is flowing through the inside of the flow channel (FC) radially outward, is formed in the tool body (10) and a tube-shaped member (17) for selectively opening and closing said fluid outflow hole (15) is also provided.
