Wireless time service and air interface synchronization method, base station, communication device and system

The invention discloses a wireless time service and air interface synchronization method, comprising: a base station periodically sends TOD information to a specific communication device at a position associated with a master information block MIB by use of contents of Time of Day (TOD) information indicated by a reserved field in a standard protocol and a downlink media access control control element (MACCE) loading the contents of the TOD information, so that the communication device completes time synchronization and clock synchronization with the base station according to the TOD information and can recover a pulse per second 1PPS signal and a TOD signal meeting index requirements. Embodiments of the invention further provide a base station, a communication device and a system.
