| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a coal furnace coal interruption infrared alarm system. The system comprises a coal feeder, a fire grate, an infrared ray emitter, an infrared ray receiver, a signal converter, a controller and a display. The infrared ray emitter is arranged at a feed opening of the fire grate, infrared rays emitted by the infrared ray emitter pass through the fire coal feed opening on the fire grate, the output end of the infrared ray emitter and the input end of the infrared ray receiver are connected, the output end of the infrared ray receiver is connected with the signal converter for converting infrared coding of the infrared rays into receiving signals, the output end of the signal converter is connected with the controller for converting the receiving signals into turn-on signals, and the output end of the controller is connected with the display. The infrared alarm system provided by the invention can rapidly and accurately discover a coal interruption fault of a coal furnace, gains time for operation personnel in handling the coal interruption fault, provides a guarantee for normal operation of the coal furnace, and reduces economic loss caused by the coal interruption fault to an enterprise to a great degree. |
