Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technology maturity evaluation method based on patent relative-quantity analysis. Absolute parent increasing of a to-be-analyzed technology is counted, the absolute increasing quantity is corrected based on the increasing multiple of the total quantity of patents and the patent quality level, the patent relative-increasing quantity is obtained, curve fitting is carried out on the normalized patent relative-increasing quantity based on years, a fitted curve is compared with a standard patent increasing quantity curve chart, and therefore the current technology maturity is determined. The technology maturity evaluation method includes the following steps of a, retrieving and counting the patent absolute-increasing quantity of the to-be-analyzed technology; b, calculating the patent relative-increasing quantity of the to-be-analyzed technology; c, normalizing the patent relative-increasing quantity; d, carrying out curve fitting on a normalized value of the patent relative-increasing quantity. By means of the technology maturity evaluation method, influences of social and economic development on patent increasing can be eliminated, the patent quality grade can be reflected to a patent quantity model, and the technology maturity prediction accuracy and the use efficiency of patent data are improved.
