Mixed memory data backup system and method

The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a mixed memory data backup system and method. The system is applied to the storage of data of a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) into a non-volatile memory. The system comprises: a user configuration module, used for selecting to-be-backed-up data from the data, carrying out priority determination on the to-be-backed-up data, determining a backup order of the to-be-backed-up data according to priority determination, generating state information of the to-be-backed-up data and sending the state information; a DRAM module, which is connected to the user configuration module, and dynamically and randomly accesses the data; a TABLE module, which is connected to the DRAM module and the user configuration module, and stores the state information of the to-be-backed-up data in the DRAM module; an NVM module, which is used to backup partial data and carry out nonvolatile storage on the partial data; and a controller, which is connected to the DRAM module, the NVM module and the TABLE module, and stores the data from the DRAM module to the NVM module according to the state information of the to-be-backed-up data in the DRAM module in the TABLE module.
