Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a rapid design method of dilute acetone distillation industry dynamic optimization control layer output constraint. The method comprises a step 1 of solving a gain model of a steady state optimization layer of a model prediction controller aiming at a dilute acetone distillation industry model prediction control system of a double-layer structure; a step 2 of finding out the uncertain elements in a process gain matrix in the gain model; a step 3 of solving the upper boundary and the lower boundary of an output constraint reachable set according to the uncertain elements and the system interference variables; a step 4 of obtaining the dynamic optimization control layer output constraint according to the upper boundary and the lower boundary of the output constraint reachable set. The rapid design method of the dilute acetone distillation industry dynamic optimization control layer output constraint provided by the present invention can effectively solve the problem that the time needed to calculate the upper boundary and the lower boundary of the output constraint reachable set is longer, and the solution speed is influenced by the system dimensions barely.
