Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to electric quantity depositing equipment, in particular to an electric quantity depositing device and method during meter installation, power connection and exchange. According to the technical scheme, the electric quantity depositing device during meter installation, power connection and exchange comprises an electric energy measurement unit, a single chip microcomputer and a frequency division counter; the electric energy measurement unit is respectively connected with the single chip and the frequency division counter through the electric energy measurement unit; the electric energy measurement unit comprises a voltage current sampler, a digital multiplier and a D/F converter; the voltage current sampler is used for converting a collected current voltage signal into a digital signal through an AD/converter; the A/D converter is used for conveying the digital signal to the D/F converter through the digital multiplier; and the D/F converter is connected with the single chip microcomputer and the frequency division counter. The electric quantity depositing device and method during meter installation, power connection and exchange have the beneficial effects that the electricity consumption of customers during a meter exchange period can be recorded; electricity information of the customers is integrally reflected; and the electric quantity losses of power supply enterprises are reduced.
