Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of detection on cytotoxicity of anticancer medicines, and concretely relates to a method for detecting medicine cytotoxicity by utilizing cell secreted protein and SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy). The method comprises firstly enriching cell secreted protein subjected to medicine acting effect by utilizing ethanol, then acquiring SERS of cell secreted protein by utilizing SERS technology, and finally establishing a standard curve between the cell secreted protein SERS characteristic peak and cell survival rate by combining methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium colorimetry, so as to obtain the quantitative information of cell survival rate at different time from the standard curve and realize detection on medicine cytotoxicity by utilizing SERS. By measuring SERS of cell secreted protein, detection on medicine cytotoxicity is realized, and potential academic and application values are provided for further researching related biological mechanism of secreted protein.
