Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fire-extinguishing test apparatus based on an artificial cave white spirit cellar. The fire-extinguishing test apparatus comprises a test room for simulating the storage environment of the artificial cave white spirit cellar and a plurality of uniformly arranged wine storage containers placed in the test room. The plurality of wine storage containers are placed in an oil plate, the test room is internally provided with a water spray fire-extinguishing system and a carbon dioxide fire-extinguishing system, and the water spray fire-extinguishing system and the carbon dioxide fire-extinguishing system cooperate with each other to form a protective area of the wine storage containers. According to the invention, the environment conditions of the artificial cave white spirit cellar and the state in case of a fire are simulated, the fire is extinguished by use of cooperation between the water spray fire-extinguishing system and the carbon dioxide fire-extinguishing system, change of the fire at different fire-extinguishing states is observed in a fire-extinguishing process, and a temperature-time change curve of the protective area in the whole process is recorded, such that a foundation is provided for the design of an onsite artificial cave white spirit cellar protective system, at the same time, in case that a real fire takes place in the artificial cave white spirit cellar, a basis is provided for determining the fire status in a cave. |
