The invention discloses an on-line contour measurement device for the production of a tyre rubber part, and the device comprises an upper computer, an engine base, two groups of screw rod mechanisms, a sliding seat, two groups of sensor mechanisms, a synchronous drive mechanism, and a motor. The upper part of the engine base is provided with a channel allowing the tyre rubber part to pass. The two groups of screw rod mechanisms are installed at the upper part of the engine base in a parallel manner, and the two groups of screw rod mechanisms are respectively located above and below the channel. The two groups of sensor mechanisms are respectively installed on the two groups of screw rod mechanisms through the sliding seat, and are arranged oppositely. The sensor mechanisms are connected with the upper computer, and the motor is connected with the two groups of screw rod mechanisms through the synchronous drive mechanism. The device is short in measurement time, is high in precision of measurement results, improves the production efficiency, and also avoids unnecessary waste.
