The leakage repair cover comprises a reinforcement sealing boss, a containing cavity, a pair of lifting rings, an external drainage short joint and an end socket. The reinforcement sealing boss is in a barrel shape, a weight reduction groove is arranged at the upper end of the reinforcement sealing boss, and a saddle-shaped arc groove is arranged at the lower end of the reinforcement sealing boss. The containing gravity is connected to the upper end of the reinforcement sealing boss through the weight reduction groove. The external drainage short joint is arranged on the side face of the containing cavity. The two lifting rings are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the containing cavity opposite to the external drainage short joint. The end socket is connected to the upper end of the containing cavity. The leakage of the stretching-out articles is repaired under the condition of non-stop pipeline conveying with pressure, and safety and high efficiency are achieved.
