The double internal meshing planetary gear mechanism is provided with a planetary carrier assembly, a sun gear, the gear rings and a tooth ring. The planetary carrier assembly comprises two annular end plates and an annular-plate-shaped planetary carrier body located between the two end plates, the end plates and the planetary carrier body can be connected in a mutual overlapping state, a rotating shaft is formed in the middle of the sun gear, the sun gear penetrates through a through hole in the middle of the planetary carrier body, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the end plates and stretches out of the end plates.
