Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel lining type high-speed gas bearing structure which comprises a stainless steel bearing outer sleeve and a graphite bearing lining. The stainless steel bearing outer sleeve and the graphite bearing lining are connected together in an interference fit manner. An annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the middle of the graphite bearing lining in the radial direction, an air inlet hole communicated with the annular groove is formed in the bottom of the graphite bearing lining in the radial direction, and a first air outlet hole is formed in the top of the graphite bearing lining in the radial direction. A second air outlet hole communicated with the first air outlet hole is formed in the top of the stainless steel bearing outer sleeve in the radial direction. A novel machining way is provided for machining of a gas bearing, machining can be greatly simplified, and the machining difficulty and the machining cost can be greatly reduced. |
