Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a normalizing rolling high-temperature-resistant capacitor plate and a production method thereof. The method comprises the steps of continuous casting, heating, rolling, accelerated cooling control (ACC) cooling and offline cooling in heaps. Molten steel is adopted for continuous casting. The molten steel is composed of, by mass, 0.13%-0.16% of C, 0.40%-0.60% of Mn, 0.17%-0.37% of Si, 0.90%-1.10% of Cr, 0.40%-0.55% of Mo, 0.020%-0.050% of Als, 0.008% of S or the less, 0.015% of P or the less and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The high-temperature-resistant capacitor steel plate is produced by optimizing the composition design and improving the technological parameters in work procedures during production, and the requirement for high-temperature mechanical performance of the capacitor steel plate is met; through the technical means like control over the rolling method in the rolling process, the thickness and temperature of secondary rolling starting, the finishing rolling temperature and the finishing cooling temperature and heap cooling treatment on the steel plate, the steel plate has the same mechanical performance level on the premise of not conducting normalizing tempering treatment; the manufacturing cost of the steel plate is reduced and the market competitiveness is improved.
