Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an adenovirus titer detection method, that is, a TCID50 method. The method comprises the following steps: paving HEK293 cells in the logarithmic growth stage in a cell culture plate according to a cell density of 2*10 /0.1mL/hole, and culturing the cells in a culture box to make the HEK293 cells be attached to the bottom of holes; and carrying out gradient dilution on detected adenoviruses, inoculating the diluted adenoviruses into the HEK293 cells, incubating for 60min, changing to a maintenance solution, placing the culture plate in the culture box, culturing, recording the cytopathic hole number 10d later, and calculating the TCID50 of the adenoviruses according to a formula. The adenovirus titer detection method TCID50 method is more accurate and stable than a PFU method.
