Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cartilage regeneration stem cell preparation and application thereof. Steps comprise serum separation, separation of adipose-derived stem cells, culture of adipose-derived stem cells, preparation of cartilage regeneration stem cells and injection treatment. The adipose-derived stem cells cultured by using autologous serum culture medium improve the growth of the stem cells, and an effective joint treatment preparation can be obtained; in order to promote the adipose-derived stem cells to be converted into cartilages, a certain amount of growth factor (TGF-beta, thrombospondin-2, BMP-2, BMP-7) is added and a high-efficacy stem cell mixed preparation is obtained; the invention adopts a safe method of directly injecting the stem cell mixed preparation into an articular cavity.
