Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a Bacillus cereus and a method for preparation of an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor with the Bacillus cereus. The Bacillus cereus is named as Bacillus cereus SD6, and is currently preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection, a preservation institution designated by State Intellectual Property Office, the preservation data is May 15, 2015, the preservation number is CCTCC NO:M 2015304, and the Latin name is Bacillus cereus SD6. The Bacillus cereus SD6 is cultured under a response surface method optimized fermentation condition, and the fermentation broth is centrifuged to obtain supernatant, the inhibition ratio of the supernatant to Saccharomyces cerevisiae alpha-glucosidase is 38.52%, which is 1.66 times that of the level before optimization of the fermentation condition and is also higher than the inhibition ratio (25.70%) of a 0.6mg/ml acarbose solution to Saccharomyces cerevisiae alpha-glucosidase.
