Double-end stirring device

The invention relates to a double-end stirring device which comprises a hub, main shafts and stirrers. Each stirrer comprises a fixing head, a conical end, a tongue portion, a groove and a fixing rod. One end of each main shaft is arranged on the hub, the other end of each main shaft is fixed to the corresponding stirrer, and the main shafts and the stirrers are arranged at the two ends of the hub in pairs. The conical ends are located on the two sides of one end of each fixing head. The hub is in a hollow cylindrical shape, each tongue portion is a plate, and one end of each plate is arranged at one end of the corresponding fixing head through a rotating shaft. Each groove is provided with an opening in the peripheral direction and divided into a first concave portion and a second concave portion. The conical ends are divided into a first conical end and a second conical end. The tongue portions are located in the division space. The hub and the fixing heads are fixed to the main shafts in a welded mode respectively, and the side walls of the grooves are provided with through holes. According to the double-end stirring device, the grooves in fixing baffles can promote transport of materials, and the contact time between the fermentation materials and the air can be effectively increased through the tongue portions.
