Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a technology for preparing low-carbon alcohol and by-products of natural gas and hydrogen from coke oven gas. Coke oven gas is subjected to compression and desulphurization and decarburization processing, purified coke oven gas with a H2S concentration of less than 1ppm is obtained, removed H2S concentrated gas is subjected to sulfur removal and recovery, the purified coke oven gas is subjected to cryogenic separation, CH4 is removed, and the removed CH4 is sold as a CNG Product. The coke oven gas without CH4 is subjected to a low-carbon alcohol synthesis reaction, gas products and mixed low-carbon alcohol liquid products are obtained, the gas products are subjected to PSA membrane separation as exhausted gas, the separated hydrogen is sold as a product, and the other separated gases return to a coke oven gas purification unit. The liquid products go to an alcohol-water separation unit, the alcohol-water mixture is subjected to separation and water and a low-carbon alcohol product are obtained. The technology can promote energy saving and emission reduction and energy structure adjustment, and can raise economic benefits and environment benefits obviously. |
