Low-cost anaerobic adhesive and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a low-cost anaerobic adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The anaerobic adhesive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 36.0%-45.2% of an acrylic ester oligomer, 8.8%-11.1% of an acrylate monomer, 1.0%-2.0% of a stabilizer, 2.0%-3.0% of an accelerant, 30.0%-40.0% of silica powder, 7.5%-10.0% of hollow glass beads, 1.0%-2.0% of an initiator and 0.1%-0.4% of a dye. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the acrylic ester oligomer, the acrylate monomer, the stabilizer and the accelerant to a power mixer, and stirring evenly until various components are fully dissolved; and sequentially adding the silica powder and the hollow glass beads, mixing the silica powder and the hollow glass beads evenly, adding the initiator and the dye, and stirring and mixing until the dye is fully dissolved. The low-cost anaerobic adhesive provided by the invention is relatively fast in curing speed and relatively high in curing strength, and has excellent storage stability; and the cost is reduced by over 30%.
