Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a material for producing oil-proof sheath of a steering wheel protective layer. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 5 parts of glyceryl trioleate, 2 to 4 parts of aluminum silicate, 4 to 7 parts of polyethyleneimine, 10 to 13 parts of oxidized graphene, 20 to 30 parts of hydrazine hydrate, 170 to 180 parts of poly(epsilon-caprolactone glycol), 5 to 6 parts of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 2.5 to 3 parts of trifluoropropyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 0.8 to 1 part of tetramethyl disiloxane, 0.1 to 0.15 part of sulfuric acid (95-98%), 120 to 130 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 10 to 14 parts of butyl acetate, 0.2 to 0.3 part of chlorinated 1-allyl-methyl imidazole, 0.7 to 2 parts of polyisoprene, 0.7 to 1 part of diammonium phosphate, and 0.6 to 1 part of aluminium stearate. The material has a very good oil-proof performance, and can reduce the oil stains on the surface of sheath, so that the sheath will not become too slippery after the surface is soaked in oil and the driving safety can be guaranteed. |
