Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Nafion/phytic acid modified hollow dopamine composite membrane. The composite membrane is 60-90 mu m thick and comprises Nafion and phytic acid modified hollow dopamine, wherein a mass ratio of phytic acid modified hollow dopamine to Nafion is (0.04-0.08):1. A preparation process comprises steps as follows: titanium dioxide particles are synthesized, an organic casing is formed on the outer layer of titanium dioxide through self-polymerization of dopamine, and a hollow dopamine capsule is prepared through etching; hollow dopamine reacts with phytic acid, and phytic acid modified hollow dopamine is obtained; phytic acid modified hollow dopamine and a Nafion solution are blended, a membrane casting solution is obtained, and the composite membrane is prepared with a tape casting method. The preparation process of the composite membrane is green, environment-friendly and simple and easy to operate, and the prepared Nafion/phytic acid modified hollow dopamine composite membrane is applied to direct methanol fuel cells and has higher proton conductivity and good methanol resistance. |
