The polypeptide comprises amino acid sequences adopting T1-B-T2 or T2-B-T1 configuration arrangement, wherein T1 is modified SEQ ID NO: 1; B is SEQ ID NO: 5; T2 is modified SEQ ID NO: 2. The invention further provides an application of the polypeptide in preparation of preventive vaccines and therapeutic vaccines for resisting a porcine circovirus. The polypeptide can be used for synthetic peptide vaccines or other types of vaccines and can improve the immunogenicity of the vaccine.
