The rapid synthesis method comprises the following steps: mixing lauric acid with boric acid, acetic acid and liquid paraffin; introducing nitrogen to replace air, heating to 100 DEG C to 110 DEG C and mixing for 10min; after heating, slowly dropwise adding N-sodium methyl taurate aqueous solution of which the mass fraction is 46 percent to 48 percent, controlling dropping speed so as to avoid the phenomenon that a large number of foams are generated from a reaction system and overflow, and continue to heat to 220 to 226 DEG C after the N-sodium methyl taurate aqueous solution is dropwise added and reacting for 110 to 150 minutes; stop heating after the reaction is ended, injecting water and cyclohexane in sequence after material temperature is lower than 130 DEG C to dissolve feed liquid, standing for layering, and then, recrystallizing and filtering aqueous solution on the lower layer, and then, recrystallizing and filtering a filter cake with ethyl alcohol and vacuum drying to obtain the lauroyl-sodium methyl taurate; after the cyclohexane is evaporated from an upper oil layer, a paraffin layer is recycled. |
