The method comprises the steps of: adding a supernatant containing biochemical humic acid into water, conducting 55DEG C thermostatic waterbath heating; adding sucrose, indoleacetic acid sodium, urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium nitrate and potassium sulfate into the liquid of step I, fully stirring the materials at a speed of 250r/min; then mixing the remaining raw materials and adding the materials into solution of step II to fully dissolve the materials; and adjusting the pH of the mixed solution to 3-7, and performing thermostatic waterbath heating for 90min so as to obtain a finished product. The method provided by the invention is unique, not only can comprehensively provide the nutrition needed by growth of flowers and vegetables, but also can stimulate plant growth, increase fertilizer efficiency, enhance adverse resistance characteristics, and improve fruit quality.
