Zusammenfassung:The present invention belongs to the technical field of spectral analysis, particularity relates to a preparation method for nano-structure oxide ceramic material and application and a detection method for trace substance amount by using the nano-structure oxide ceramic material. The present invention aims to solve the problems that existing SERS substrates are poor in sensitivity and repeatability or high in production cost. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, pressing a green body; and secondly, burning the green body to obtain a nano-structure oxide ceramic material. The nano-structure oxide ceramic material replaces the existing SERS substrate to be used as a carrier of the raman spectrum detection substance. The detection method comprises the steps: (1), preparing a silver sol; (2), carrying out mixing; (3), determining the raman displacement, the sensitivity and a standard curve; and and (4), carrying out detection, that is completing detection of the content of trace substances by using the nano-structure oxide ceramic material. The detection method provided by the present invention is mainly used for detecting the content of trace substances.
