Environmental-friendly stone paper packaging hose and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses an environmental-friendly stone paper packaging hose which comprises a hose head and a hose body. The hose body is a rolling segment made of stone paper. The rolling segment is rolled and then put into an edge sealing machine, connection is conducted on the rolled segment at a high-temperature hot-pressing connector, and the hose body is formed. The hose head is arranged at one end of the hose body. The hose head and the hose body are integrally formed into the hose. The hose is filled with objects to be packaged. Tail sealing is conducted on the other end of the hose body through a tail sealing portion of a high-pressure machine. The environmental-friendly stone paper packaging hose is easy to manufacture, convenient to use and low in cost. By means of the environmental-friendly stone paper packaging hose, white pollution caused by use of a great amount of plastic packaging is solved, series of stone paper products have the features of being safe, environmentally friendly, free of toxin, resistant to water, fog, oil, bugs, tear and fold, degradable, affordable and the like; in the production process, by means of a stone paper technology, trees are not chopped down, water is not used, and no sewage and toxic and harmful substances are discharged; no pollution to the environment and air is generated, and stone paper products can be degraded into powder; and land is recovered.
