The invention relates to a surface deruster for a special petroleum pipeline. An iron sheet sealing box is arranged above a conveying frame. A derusting device is arranged in the iron sheet sealing box. Hinge pieces are arranged on the inner sides of steel plates respectively. First motors are arranged on the outer sides of the upper portions of the two steel plates respectively, and bearing blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the lower portions of the two steel plates respectively. The bearing blocks are provided with a rotating shaft. A belt wheel is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, and a steel wire brush is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft. The first motors are connected with the belt wheel through belts, and the belt wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft. An intermediate shaft penetrates the hinge pieces on the two steel plates so that a V-shaped support can be formed by the two steel plates. The steel wire brush rotating at a high speed makes sufficient contact with the surface of a rotating pipe to be processed, and the outer surface of the pipe is derusted through friction force between the steel wire brush and the outer surface of the pipeline. According to the deruster, the floating rust, oxide skin and other rusted objects on the outer surface of the pipeline can be effectively removed, the quality of the pipeline outer surface coating is improved, the work efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the environment pollution and the hurt to the body health of workers are reduced.
