Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a winding-free conversion device. The winding-free conversion device comprises a housing, a mandrel and a shaft sleeve, wherein the housing is fixed to a shell, the end face of the mandrel is fixed to the housing, the two ends of the shaft sleeve are arranged on the mandrel in a sleeving mode through two bearing bushes respectively, and the shaft sleeve can rotate relative to the mandrel. The winding-free conversion device further comprises a power supply system, a water supply system and an air supply system. The power supply system comprises an annular strong conducting ring, a plurality of annular weak conducting rings, an electric bush assembly, a cable, signal lines, a strong conducting pole and weak conducting wires, wherein the annular strong conducting ring and the annular weak conducting rings are fixed to the outer surface of the shaft sleeve in a spaced mode; the electric bush assembly is used for supplying power and electric signals to the strong conducting ring and the weak conducting rings; the cable and the signal lines are electrically connected with the electric bush assembly; the strong conducting pole and the weak conducting wires extend in the axial direction and are arranged on the outer side of the shaft sleeve, the strong conducting pole is connected with the strong conducting ring, and the weak conducting wires are connected with the weak conducting rings. According to the winding-free conversion device, rotary connection of a strong electric bush and weak electric bushes which are connected with the cable and the signal lines respectively and the strong conducting pole and the weak conducting wires is achieved, and thus electric winding-free conversion is achieved.
