Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a laser-arc hybrid welding method of a medium-thickness board corner joint. The laser-arc hybrid welding method comprises the following steps that 1, the corner joint and welded test boards are adjusted to enable weld joints to be ship-shaped; 2, a laser instrument is adjusted to enable a laser beam transmitted by the laser instrument to be perpendicular to the weld joints; 3, an arc welding gun is adjusted to enable a gun head of the arc welding gun not to interfere with the test board 1 and the test board 2 on two sides, wherein the included angle formed by the straight line where the gun head is located and the laser beam is theta 3. According to the laser-arc hybrid welding method, the space positions of the gun head of the welding gun and the laser beam are technologically adjusted to enable the advancing directions of the gun head and the laser beam not to be located in the same plane. Therefore, limited fusion penetration of laser to the diagonal weld joints is ensured, the advantages of laser-arc hybrid welding can be also kept, and the laser-arc hybrid welding method can be widely applied to welding of the medium-thickness board corner joint.
