Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sound-absorbing sound-isolating coating preparation method. The method includes the following steps that polymer material powder, graphite powder and a base material are provided, and the polymer material powder is epoxy powder or polyethylene (PE) resin; the polymer material powder and the graphite powder are mixed to form a mixture; the mixture is heated to 350-650 DEG C; the mixture is sprayed on the base material in a welded mode; and the mixture is cooled to be in a normal temperature state, and a sound-absorbing layer is formed. The sound-isolating material provided through the preparation method is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and low in manufacturing and maintenance cost, and a good sound wave absorbing effect can be provided.
