Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a low-temperature catalytic cracking potassium alcoholate catalyst and a production process thereof, wherein the preparation process comprises: dissolving potassium hydroxide in methanol to prepare a saturated solution so as to obtain the potassium alcoholate catalyst. According to the present invention, the catalytic cracking temperature of the catalyst is lower than the free radical thermal cracking temperature and is lower than the acidic catalytic cracking temperature, various hydrocarbons can be completely cracked, the thermally-generated free radicals are immediately converted into alkanes and olefins, the olefin polymerization can be prevented, and the volatile content and the hydrogen content of coke are minimized through the hydrogen transfer function. |
