| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a filtration structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The filtration structure comprises a filter element and a full rubber frame. The filter element is provided with side edges and a folded structure. The side edges of the filter element are covered with the full rubber frame, and one part of the full rubber frame is filled in a concave part of the folded structure. The filtration structure adopts the full rubber structure, better flatness can be provided, and the filtration structure can be more firmly arranged on a bearing surface of a master machine; besides, in the forming process of the full rubber frame of the filtration structure, bonding rubber in a flow state can be bonded to at least one side edge of the filter element, the bonding rubber is cured or hardened in a heating or lighting manner, and the filtration structure is convenient to manufacture. |
