The embodiment of the invention provides a communication device comprising a Bluetooth wireless communication module, a dedicated wireless communication module, a control module, and a power supply module. The Bluetooth wireless communication module is used for establishing a Bluetooth wireless connection with a mobile terminal and exchanging application data with the mobile terminal via the Bluetooth wireless connection. The dedicated wireless communication module is used for establishing a dedicated wireless network with another communication device and exchanging application data with the another communication device via the dedicated wireless network. The control module is used for controlling the dedicated wireless communication module to forward first application data to another communication device, and controlling the Bluetooth wireless communication module to forward second application data to the mobile terminal. The power supply module is used for supplying power. The communication device enables communication between mobile terminal users when the mobile terminals cannot communicate via the network of a mobile service provider.
