Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a fixing structure for a temperature sensor in a high-voltage switchgear. A cylindrical cavity having a diameter identical to an external diameter of a contact is disposed on a fixing head. The contact passes through the cylindrical cavity to be mounted on the fixing head. The upper end of the fixing head is further provided with a mounting cavity penetrating through inner and outer surfaces of the fixing head. A thermal pad, a circuit board and a temperature sensor chip are sequentially mounted in the mounting cavity, and the thermal pad is disposed adjacent to an opening at the lower end of the mounting cavity. The fixing structure and the fixing head can reliably fix the temperature sensor and the contact. The invention further provides an assembling method for the fixing method. The assembling method comprises the steps of firstly mounting the thermal pad, the circuit board and the temperature sensor chip into the mounting cavity in sequence; secondly, mounting two connecting blocks into a connecting groove by using a bolt; and thirdly, enabling the contact to pass through the cylindrical cavity and using a rotating nut for fixing. The assembling method is simple in process, easy to operate, and capable of flexibly adjusting the tightness of the fixing head and the contact. |
