Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a forward collision risk-based detecting method and a detecting device for detecting the fatigue driving. The method comprises the steps of 1) calculating a risk interval: including calculating the maximum collision distance between a current vehicle and a preceding vehicle during the sharp slowdown process of the preceding vehicle in real time to be D1, calculating the maximum collision distance between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle during the general slowdown process of the preceding vehicle in real time to be D2, and adopting the distance between D2 and D1 as the risk interval; 2) conducting the voting in the fuzzy mode; 3) with D2 as a zero risk probability point and D1 as a 1 risk probability point, establishing a linear risk type tangent fuzzy function, regularly judging the risk probability of the vehicle at the current location to obtain a risk probability as one ballot, and voting the ballot in a global ballot box; 4) judging the fatigue driving state: including accumulating the ballots in the global ballot box to obtain the sum of the ballots, figuring out the variance of the ballots, and judging whether a driver of the current vehicle is in the fatigue driving state or not according to the sum of the ballots and the variance of the ballots. The detecting device comprises a risk interval calculation module, a fuzzy voting module and a fatigue driving judging module. The detecting result of the invention is more effective and more accurate.
