The method employs the above method as hardware, and comprises the steps: enabling a pre-estimated distribution time of an express delivery to be sent to the cellphone client through the cloud computing server; selecting a mode of delivering the express delivery home or selecting a mode of putting the express delivery at the self-service express delivery taking terminal through the cellphone client; selecting the mode of putting the express delivery at the self-service express delivery taking terminal, scanning the information through the self-service express delivery taking terminal before the express delivery is put at the self-service express delivery taking terminal, and extracting the extracted information and transmitting the extracted information to the cellphone client through the cloud computing server; and taking the express delivery through the cellphone client according to the extracted information.
